Victoria discusses her favorite subject

Dr. Victoria Hawley-Smoot, Esq., serves as both host of "Inside the Squared Circle" ("ITSC") and General Counsel to "No Budget Productions ("NBP")." Victoria holds a baccalaureate in biology (with a minor in chemistry) from N.Y.U., a Master of Science in Forensic Science from G.W., a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from U. Md. (where she was elected to Rho Chi -- National Honor Fraternity for the Pharmaceutical Sciences), and a juris doctor degree with high honors from G.W. Law School -- graduating in the top 3% of her class of over 400 -- (where she was also elected to the prestigious Order of the Coif and served as a Senior Editor on the Law Review). Victoria's work experience is similarly impressive, to wit: a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine; a staff fellowship converted to a full-time chemist position -- later serving as a regulatory counsel -- at a well-known (and highly abused) agency; and, as an associate attorney at a prominent DC law firm.

In June 1994, Victoria fired "Dr. C the Ph.D." from the cast of ITSC and organized the legal department of NBP, a truly Herculean task. She is not only a credit to the legal profession but a true devotee of the hobby of marrying for money, the study of parrots and Shawn Michael's (Michael Higgenbottom's) superkick.
