House Rules

          We are family oriented site and will not tolerate rude behavior:

          1. OFFENSIVE/HARASSING POSTS: Harassment or bashing based on sexual orientation, gender, race, color, religious views, or simply because their opinion differs from your own are not allowed within the message forums. You are free to express your opinions here within the message board; We simply ask that you address the issues, and not bash folks based on who/what they are or what their opinion might be. You may not post a message that is intended to embarrass, humiliate or harass another person or group of people.

          2. EXPLICIT/OBSCENE/VULGAR LANGUAGE: We ask that you save the explicit/obscene/vulgar language for private email. We will delete postings that contain such language (regardless of how the word is used). We understand that there are some phrases/words that are used in every day conversation and that you can probably hear more explicit language on television, but we hold our guests to a higher set of standards. Since this is a privately owned and operated forum, we can and will maintain these standards. As well, there are a very large number of young people with access to the boards and we also want to keep things appropriately G rated for them :)

          3. BOARD DISRUPTION: Some examples of board disruption might be: harassing other members (flaming), discussion of and/or complaints about board policies or personal gripes with the board staffers/volunteers, complaints regarding freedom of speech issues, censorship, etc. on the message boards. Posts containing text written strictly in CAPS will be deleted.

          4. GIFS/JPEGS & GRAPHICS FILES: This board does not allow the posting or trading of explicit or x-rated GIFs, as they are not appropriate to our topic and since the distribution of explicit images may be prohibited by law. Posts soliciting or offering such explicit or X-rated GIFs will be deleted without notice!

          5. SINGLE, NOT DUPLICATE POSTS: Do not post the same message more than once. There is nothing that you have to say that needs to be read by anyone more than once. Delibrately duplicate messages will casus ALL copies to be deleted without notice! By "duplicate", we mean the same message on the board numerous times and/or the same message in multiple folders.

          6. PRIVATE E-MAIL/COMMUNICATIONS: Please do not post private e-mail or text from private conversations authored by someone else in public folders. It is generally regarded as a bit rude to publicly post something sent to you privately. We will pull any copies of private communication that are posted on public boards. (This includes any e-mail or communication that is exchanged between Board staff and members.)

          7. COMMUNICATIONS BELONGING ELSEWHERE: "Instant Message" like posts will be removed. These kinds of posts just occupy space on the board and are of little interest to the general public. There is a chat room for the purpose of chatting.

          8. IMPERSONATIONS: This ranges from pretending to post under "Scott Hall" or "Bill Goldberg", to "Stomper', or "Hack". This activity leads to board disruption, which in turn leads to flaming. The staff will remove any posts that it sees as inflamatory.

          9. LINKS TO INAPPROPRIATE SITES: We don't need links claiming to be linked to the WCW site, when in fact they are linked to sites containing pornography or other inappropriate matter.

          10. TRANSACTIONS IN BAD FAITH: Offers to sell, swap, or trade should be done in good faith. We have provided a forum in which offerings may be made, but we accept no responsibility for the goods or services provided. Both parties to any transaction negotiated on our forum share responsibility equally for the completion of those negotiations in good faith. In all cases the rules of common sense should prevail. We also reserve the right to delete posings we determine to be inappropriate.

          The staff of these boards are unpaid volunteers whose singular purpose is to make this a more pleasant place to post and discuss wrestling. We know there is a line between straight out "Big Brother" censorship and monitoring a board. We have no intention of crossing that line. If you have any questions about these guidelines, please send email to the staff. We will gladly discuss these issues in private - Not on the public forum.

          We hope that enforcement of these simple rules will make everyone's experience more pleasing without limiting anyone's freedom of expression. If you disagree, feel free to go elsewhere. The web offers a broad diversity of opinions. Surely you can find a place that works for you.

          11. THE MJ RULE: Any message that contains threats or "promises" designed to coerce the board monitors into not deleting it, will be IMMEDIATELY deleted, no matter what the content.
